Q1：How do lhandle defective products and claims?
A：First of all, our products are manufactured under strict quality control. if a customer receives a shipmentwith a quality issue, we will replace the defective product in their next order free of charge.

Q2：What is your production lead time?
A：Our production lead time is usually 10-20 business days (depending on the product). After payment isreceived and your artwork is approved, please allow sufficient time for production.

Q3：What is your minimum order quantity? Can l mix designs to meet theminimum quantity?
A：Our minimum order quantity for custom-made products is 500 pieces per design. Regularly stockedproducts can be ordered from 2 pieces per design to check quality.
